Sveiki, mielieji,
aš esu Camille Šemiotaitė-Whitaker ir kviečiu pažinti save pasitelkiant kūrybiškumą ir spontaniškumą, momento pajutimą “čia ir dabar”, prisimenant žaismingumą lyg būnant vaiku, prapliačiant sąmoningumo tolius mano vedamuose jogos ore užsiėmimuose, meditacijose, kvėpavimo seminaruose ir kitose savęs pažinimo praktikose. Stengiuosi dalintis savo jogos ir judesio žiniomis ir džiaugsmais su Jumis bei kartu siekti vidinės gerovės, kūno ir sielos harmonijos, ramybės, meilės sau ir kitiems.
Kaip susikūrė CAMÍYOGA?
Joga vienaip ir kitaip mane sekė nuo mažumės, tačiau viskas prasidėjo nuo šiuolaikinio šokio ir kūno išraiškos. Pajutau, kad per kūną galime išreikšti savo tikrąsias mintis, tai tarsi mūsų vidinio „aš“ – sielos – kalba. Pradėjau labiau gilintis į šokio ir judesio terapijas bei improvizacijas, kurių metu atradau meditaciją per judesį – laiko ir vietos išnykimą, kai lieki tik šioje akimirkoje. Tad norėjosi gilintis dar labiau į ezoterinius ir energetinius dalykus. Tai lėmė mano įsitraukimą į Tai chi (kinų kovos menas-visapusiškas savęs tobulinimas per energetiką), kur visa praktika grindžiama meditacija per judesį ir dirbimą ties vidinėmis energijomis. Anksčiau, kai joga tik pradėjo populiarėti Lietuvoje, aš susidūriau su atmetimo reakcija, nes toji lietuviškoji joga buvo labiau tik fizinės asanos ir kūno lankstumas, tos tikrosios jogos ir gilumos buvo mažai. Bet prie jogos aš grįžau. Tik su joga susidraugavau savarankiškai, pasineriant į meditacijas, kvėpavimo technikas ir filosofiją bei pritaikant išmoktas žinias praktikoje. Galiausiai mane įtraukė jogos visapusiškumas ir natūralumas tiek fizine, tiek dvasine prasme ir ją praktikuoju daugiau nei 15 metų. Joga – man tapo gyvenimo menu arba susijungimu su Dievu/Visata/Absoliutu ir kiekviena esybe. Ypač pajutau tą neapsakomą būseną Vienyje, kai nuėjau 800 km ilgio piligriminį Santjago kelią Ispanijoje. Tai buvo tarsi vidinis perversmas sieloje ir visiškas susijungimas su gamta ir Visata.
Joga man tapo visame kame ir po kelių metų praktikos, užsikrečiau joga rimtai, praktikavau Sivananda, Ashtanga ir Vinyasa jogą. Tuo pačiu gilinausi į įvairias kitas technikas ir metodikas: Yin joga, Acroyoga, Nidra joga, Joga porose, Thai masažų kursai, kurių principus vėliau apjungiau ir pritaikiau savo užsiėmimuose. Galiausiai 2014 m. pavasarį atradau Jogą Ore – nuostabią patirtį ore, antigravitacinėje būsenoje (plačiau: http://www.camijoga.lt/camijoga-ore/). Tai magiška patirtis, kurią patariu išbandyti bent vieną kartą visiems – tai nuostabios emocijos ir kitoniški pojūčiai, arba paprastai tariant – išsilaisvinimas. 2014 m. rudenį įkūriau pirmąją ORO JOGOS studiją Lietuvoje – “CAMÍYOGA ORE”. Na, o 2015 m. baigiau LSMU Visuomenės sveikatos ir mitybos magistrą bei tapau oficialia Sivanandos jogos mokytoja (Yoga Siromani, RYT200H). Tai universali jogos sistema, apjungianti fizinį kūną (asanas), kvėpavimo pratimus (pranayama), tinkamą atsipalaidavimą (savasana), vegetarinė mityba ir pozityvus mąstymas (vedanta) bei meditacija (dhyana). O 2016 m. Indijoje baigiau Pažengusių jogos mokytojų kursus World Peace Yoga School (RYT300H) ir tapau diplomuota pažengusių jogos mokytoja (RYT500). Taip pat baigiau Yin jogos kursus (YACEP 50H), Oro jogos kursus (50H), Anatomijos jogos mokytojų kursus (YACEP 50H), Tailandietišką masažo kursus. Esu pripažinta Yoga Alliance jogos mokytoja (E-RYT500, YACEP), mano Yoga Alliance paskira ir pramokiau 6,000+ valandų, vedant jogos užsiėmimus ir kursus virš 2000 mokinių.
Paruošiau daugiau nei 100 oro jogos mokytojų visoje Lietuvoje ir 400 iš kitų šalių. Dalinuosi savo įgauta patirtimi ir žiniomis su kitais CamiYoga studijoje Kaune, Online kursuose visame pasaulyje bei Youtube kanale CAMIYOGAIR.
Po ilgametės oro jogos praktikos išvysčiau unikalų CamiYoga Ore metodą su sukurtais autentiškais CamiYoga Saulės pasveikinimais, pratimais ir asanomis. Šiuo metu gyvenu Lietuvoje ir vedu oro jogos užsiėmimus tiek savo studijoje, tiek mokiniams iš viso pasaulio online, taip pat įvarius jogos renginius („Dancing Soul“, „Flying OM“, Joga Porose, Ant galvos stovėsenos pratybos, Meditacijos įvadas, Kvėpavimo praktikos) ir retritus („Kvėpuok, medituok ir nieko negalvok“, Jogos stovyklos moterims). 💛Strength & Balance Flow with Low Hammock💚
Love exploring poses with a low hammock for different feeling and sensation of the pose when practicing the same pose with the higher hammock or on the mat.
Visvamitrasana was waaaay more challenging to balance than on the mat, you’ve probably notice all the wobbles😁, but it was nice to explore this floating split on one arm😅 also, added some other poses Firefly, Kurmasana, Middle Split, Frog, Cobra and Handstand through the flow😊💚🤍💛
